Fauxmage au Lait d’amande Dam

Dam Almond Milk Fauxmage

Ingredients

  • 80g de base d’amande non sucré Dam
  • 1/2 jus de citron
  • 1 c. à soupe de levure alimentaire
  • 4 c. à soupe de fécule de tapioca
  • 1 tasse d'eau
  • 1/2 c. à thé de sel

Ingredients :

  • 1 small pouch of Dam Unsweetened Almond Base (80g)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation :

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before pouring into a container to set.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set completely.

Service :

Serve this ultra-soft, lactose-free fauxmage on your favorite dishes, such as pizzas or pasta.

💡The Dam +:

Add herbes de Provence or paprika for an extra touch of flavor!
