Thanks to Dam plant-based drinks, no more disappointment when you open your fridge: you'll always have milk in your pantry since our plant-based bases can be stored for a year at room temperature, even after opening, and are easy to transport anywhere thanks to their compact format.

By manufacturing plant-based beverage bases, we can significantly reduce the environmental footprint of our products: less packaging, less impact from transportation and storage, and less water and energy used during our manufacturing, compared to existing alternatives.
We also avoid cardboard packaging waste: more than 400,000 cardboard packages avoided since 2020.

*For us, a barista latte is a latte specifically designed to create perfect microfoam when heated with a frother or a frother. It will allow you to make latte art worthy of the pros! Your latte will be creamy and the flavor profile will blend perfectly with the taste of the coffee, without masking it. Tadam!

We use the most sustainable and eco-friendly packaging available on the market, and we're constantly working to reduce our environmental footprint. Our buckets are recyclable and reusable! You can return them to our production facility after cleaning them with soapy water and drying them thoroughly: we'll reuse them again!

Our pouches are made from 45% recycled materials, but unfortunately, they are not recyclable. Despite extensive research, we have yet to find packaging that is recyclable, guarantees optimal preservation and quality of our products, while remaining as practical as our current pouches. If you have any ideas or suggestions, we're always interested!

We have different formats available depending on your lifestyle and needs:

The individual pouch (makes 1L): This is the ideal size for your getaways! Whether you're going camping, traveling, to the office, or because you're looking for simplicity, the individual pouches are easy to carry and ready to use.

Simply mix Dam Plant-Based Milk with water for freshly made milk!

Here are the steps to follow to prepare 1 liter of milk:

1. Pour 1 cup of water
2. Add Dam*
3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
4. Top up with 3 cups of water and shake again
5. Enjoy! YUM!

In the blender

1. Pour 1L of water
2. Add Dam*
3. Mix for 20 seconds
4. Enjoy! YUM!

* 6 tbsp (110 g) for oats; 4 tbsp (80 g) for almonds

Our plant-based bases, unmixed with water, can be stored for one year at room temperature, even after opening . Thanks to their long natural shelf life, you can make just the amount you need, when you need it, without compromising quality or taste. What's more, our pouches are designed to be carried everywhere with you: to the office, on the road, or to the cottage for the weekend!

Once mixed with water, the resulting milk can be kept for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.

We do not recommend freezing our bases or milk as this reduces the creaminess of the products.

Our bottle is much more than just a container: it recalls the days of the milkman to bring back old memories or dream of a time we will never have known! It simplifies your life with its dosage lines and preparation steps: zero risk of making a mistake, even in the morning rush. Reusable and ultra-durable, it is ready to accompany you for a long time; and if the cap plays up, don't panic, it is replaceable!

After each use, use a brush and soapy water to remove any residue. Then simply rinse with clean water. You can also wash your bottle in the dishwasher without any problem!

Yes, it's completely normal for our plant-based drinks to separate. Since we retain all the fiber naturally present in the ingredients and don't add any additives to our products, a natural separation phenomenon occurs (a bit like freshly squeezed orange juice!).

EASE OF USE. The bucket with tap option makes preparing plant-based drinks hassle-free, as you can pour your plant-based milk base directly from the bucket into your bottle. No more mess :)

Dam buckets without taps are reusable and we encourage you to bring them back to our workshop in Rosemont to give them a second life and so we can avoid waste together.
If you live far from Montreal, you can give your bucket a second life in another way: flower pots, sandcastles with the kids, ... Let your creativity speak! :)

Our products are made from high-quality, natural ingredients with minimal processing. We prioritize sustainably sourced ingredients with no artificial additives or preservatives. We use only basic ingredients: Canadian oats, raw almonds, sunflower oil, cane sugar, Himalayan salt, sodium bicarbonate, and amylase (a digestive enzyme that is no longer present in the finished product).

The only allergen we work with on our premises is almonds. Our oat milk may therefore contain traces of almonds, but we make every effort to prevent the risk of cross-contamination between our products: almond milk and oat milk are produced in separate areas and each product has its own production equipment.

No, we use certified gluten-free Canadian oats and none of our other ingredients contain gluten.

At Dam, we use all the ingredients, there's no residual pulp since we don't filter! So no food waste and all the good nutrients in your bottle!

Yes, we offer a free pick-up option when you place your order. You can pick up your order after receiving notification that it's ready for pickup. You can pick it up Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for delivery or a pickup confirmation if you choose that option.

Delivery times are 2 to 3 business days in Montreal and 2 to 7 business days in the rest of Canada. All deliveries in Montreal are carbon neutral!

Shipping costs vary depending on the order and destination! Shipping is free for all purchases of $75 or more in the Montreal area.

Delivery is also free for any first order with the code: DAMSHIPPING anywhere in Canada
