Welcome to the website https://damdrinks.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), operated by Boissons Dam Inc., a company specializing in the sale of plant-based milk concentrates and tools for their preparation.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to any person (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer,” “you,” “your”).
The Site is operated by Boissons Dam Inc., headquartered at 5563 Rue Fullum, Suite 101, H2G 2H5 Montreal, CANADA, and registered in the Quebec Business Register under the Quebec Enterprise Number (NEQ): 1174020249
1. Scope of Application
These GTCS govern all sales made by Boissons Dam through the Site. They apply to all orders placed by customers residing in Canada.
2. Products
Boissons Dam offers plant-based concentrates (such as oat and almond) and accessories for preparation. Products are described as accurately as possible.
Boissons Dam guarantees that products meet standard usage expectations as described on their product pages. The company is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, including but not limited to modifications, use in extreme conditions, or non-compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
If in doubt, customers are encouraged to contact Boissons Dam for more information.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these GTCS. Boissons Dam reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.
4. Pricing
Product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are shown separately before confirming your order. Boissons Dam reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices applied will be those in effect at the time of ordering.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) via a secure payment platform. The total amount is charged at the time the order is confirmed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Boissons Dam delivers across Canada. Delivery times are provided for reference during checkout and may vary depending on product availability and carrier conditions.
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for loss or theft is transferred to you. Boissons Dam cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages after shipping. For delivery issues, we encourage customers to contact our support team at allo@damdrinks.com — we’ll help you with next steps.
If your order includes multiple items, Boissons Dam may ship them separately. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for multiple deliveries.
For local pickup orders, you can collect your package at 5563 Rue Fullum, Suite 209, H2G 2H5 Montreal, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
7. Cancellation & Return Policy
You have 1 hour to cancel your order. If you cancel within this window, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method and send you an email confirmation.
Once the order has shipped, no returns will be accepted.
8. Warranty & Liability
Boissons Dam guarantees product conformity. If an item is defective, customers must contact Boissons Dam within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Proof (photos or videos) must be provided, and Boissons Dam reserves the right to approve or deny the request.
Boissons Dam is not responsible for stolen parcels, indirect damages, or any loss due to misuse of the website or its products. Our liability is limited to the total amount of your order, unless otherwise specified by law.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill your order and improve service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These GTCS are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. In case of a dispute, Boissons Dam will prioritize resolving the issue amicably. Quebec residents may also contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC) for assistance.

13. Force Majeure
Boissons Dam shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather, logistics disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics). We will notify customers as soon as possible and take all reasonable steps to minimize any impact.
14. Changes to GTCS
Boissons Dam reserves the right to update these GTCS at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
15. Acceptance of GTCS
By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTCS without reservation.
