Homemade Irish Cream with Dam Oat Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 tasse d’eau chaude
  • 1/2 c. à thé de café instantané
  • 1/4 c. à thé de poudre de cacao
  • 1/4 c. à thé de sucre de coco (ou de sucre brun)
  • 1/2 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille
  • 1 pincée de sel
  • 2 oz de Sortilège
  • 2 oz de Brandy
  • 110 g de base d’avoine Dam

Preparation

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 oz of Spell
  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 1 small pouch of Dam oat base (110 g)

Preparation :

  1. In a bowl, combine hot water, instant coffee, cocoa, and coconut sugar. Add a pinch of salt. Let cool.
  2. Once cooled, add the Dam pouch and the other ingredients to this mixture.
  3. Mix for 1 minute using a mixer.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour to chill thoroughly.

Service :

Serve over ice, perfect for your festive evenings and the Christmas atmosphere.

💡The Dam + :

Add a little cinnamon or whipped cream for even more flavor and deliciousness.
