Ingredients :
- 1 very ripe banana
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2.5 tbsp Dam Unsweetened Almond Milk Base
- 500 ml of water
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Preparation :
- Wash and cut the apples.
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
- Adjust the consistency with a little more water or almond base if desired.
Service :
Serve chilled in a tall glass or flask. Add an apple slice or spinach leaf to garnish.
💡The Dam +:
Add a touch of maple syrup or agave for an extra touch of sweetness.
