Green Apple-Spinach Smoothie with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 banane bien mûre
  • 2 poignées d’épinards frais
  • 2 pommes
  • 1 c. à soupe de jus de citron
  • 2,5 c. à soupe de base de lait d’amande non sucrée Dam
  • 500 ml d’eau
  • Quelques glaçons (optionnel)

Ingredients :

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2.5 tbsp Dam Unsweetened Almond Milk Base
  • 500 ml of water
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Wash and cut the apples.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
  4. Adjust the consistency with a little more water or almond base if desired.

Service :
Serve chilled in a tall glass or flask. Add an apple slice or spinach leaf to garnish.

💡The Dam +:
Add a touch of maple syrup or agave for an extra touch of sweetness.
