Job summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Quality, Production & R&D Technician plays a key role in the day-to-day operations at Dam.

This role combines quality control, food production, and continuous improvement of products and processes. We’re looking for someone hands-on, resourceful, and detail-oriented — someone who enjoys both actively participating in operations and contributing to quality improvements and better ways of working.

    • Ability to lift and move loads up to 20 kg
    • Comfortable with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Sheets, etc.)
    • Bilingual (French/English)
    • Permanent full-time position, on-site in Rosemont (Montréal)
    • Monday to Friday work schedule
    • 3 weeks of paid vacation
    • Salary range: $19 to $24/hour depending on experience and autonomy
