Here are the steps to follow to prepare 1 liter of milk:

1. Pour 1 cup of water
2. Add Dam*
3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
4. Top up with 3 cups of water and shake again
5. Enjoy! YUM!

In the blender

1. Pour 1L of water
2. Add Dam*
3. Mix for 20 seconds
4. Enjoy! YUM!

* 6 tbsp (110 g) for oats; 4 tbsp (80 g) for almonds
