Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of Dam oat milk
- 1 tsp orange blossom (or vanilla extract)
- A little butter for cooking
- Noscabanes maple butter and maple syrup
Preparation :
- Prepare your Dam oat milk.
- Vigorously mix the flour with the eggs using a whisk to obtain a smooth paste.
- Gradually add the Dam oat milk while continuing to whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Add orange blossom or vanilla extract for a unique taste.
- Heat a frying pan with a little butter and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Between each crepe, add a generous layer of maple butter and then roll them up.
Service :
Serve the pancakes hot, accompanied by maple syrup for a delicious treat.

Add an even more indulgent touch with fresh fruit, nut slivers or even a little melted chocolate for an explosion of flavors!
