Crêpes au lait d’avoine et à l'érable

Oat Milk and Maple Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tasses de farine
  • 2 œufs
  • 2 tasses de lait d’avoine Dam
  • 1 c. à thé de fleur d’oranger (ou d’extrait de vanille)
  • Un peu de beurre pour la cuisson
  • Beurre d’érable et sirop d’érable noscabanes

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of Dam oat milk
  • 1 tsp orange blossom (or vanilla extract)
  • A little butter for cooking
  • Noscabanes maple butter and maple syrup

Preparation :

  1. Prepare your Dam oat milk.
  2. Vigorously mix the flour with the eggs using a whisk to obtain a smooth paste.
  3. Gradually add the Dam oat milk while continuing to whisk until the batter is smooth.
  4. Add orange blossom or vanilla extract for a unique taste.
  5. Heat a frying pan with a little butter and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Between each crepe, add a generous layer of maple butter and then roll them up.

Service :

Serve the pancakes hot, accompanied by maple syrup for a delicious treat.

💡The Dam +:

Add an even more indulgent touch with fresh fruit, nut slivers or even a little melted chocolate for an explosion of flavors!
