Ingredients

Pour le sirop (500 mL) :

  • 2 tasses d’eau
  • 1 tasse de sucre de canne
  • 1/2 tasse de purée de citrouille
  • 4 bâtons de cannelle
  • 3 c. à thé de poudre de gingembre
  • 10 grains de poivre noir entiers
  • 1 c. à thé de noix de muscade
  • 1 c. à thé de piment de Jamaïque
  • 3 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille

Pour le latté :

  • 3 c. à thé de sirop maison
  • 1 shot d’espresso
  • Lait d’avoine Dam

Ingredients :
 For the syrup (500 mL):

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 tsp ginger powder
  • 10 whole black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract

For the latte:

  • 3 tsp homemade syrup
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • Dam Oat Milk

Preparation :

  1. In a saucepan, roast the spices over low heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add water and increase heat to medium.
     Reduce the mixture by half (about 20 to 30 minutes).
  3. Stir in the pumpkin puree and mix well.
  4. Add the cane sugar and stir.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool. Sift in the whole spices.
  7. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  8. For the latte, prepare your Dam oat latte
  9. Add 3 tsp of homemade syrup to a shot of espresso, then pour in the oat milk.
  10. Mix and enjoy.

Service :

Serve your latte hot, with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

💡The Dam +:

For even more sweetness, add a little whipped cream!
