Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Dam chocolate oat milk
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation :
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda.
- In another bowl, beat the egg with the chocolate oat milk, maple syrup and vegetable oil.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
- Divide the batter into muffin tins.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Service :
Allow to cool before serving. Perfect for a snack or light dessert.

For an even more indulgent version, add a spoonful of peanut or almond butter to the center of each muffin before baking.
