Chocolate Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tasse de farine
  • 1 tasse de flocons d'avoine
  • 2 c. à thé de poudre à pâte
  • 1 c. à thé de bicarbonate de soude
  • 1 œuf
  • ½ tasse de la*t d'avoine chocolat Dam
  • ½ tasse de sirop d'érable
  • ⅓ tasse d'huile végétale
  • ¾ tasse de brisures de chocolat mi-sucré

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup Dam chocolate oat milk
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation :

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg with the chocolate oat milk, maple syrup and vegetable oil.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
  6. Divide the batter into muffin tins.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.

Service :
Allow to cool before serving. Perfect for a snack or light dessert.

💡The Dam +:
For an even more indulgent version, add a spoonful of peanut or almond butter to the center of each muffin before baking.
