Plant-based rice pudding: a simple and delicious recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 L de lait d’avoine Dam
  • 100 g de riz rond
  • 50 g de sucre de canne
  • 1 c. à café d’extrait de vanille
  • 1 poignée de noisettes
  • 1 c. à soupe de sirop d’érable par assiette

Ingredients :

  • 1 L of Dam oat milk
  • 100 g of round rice
  • 50 g of cane sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup per plate

Preparation :

  1. In a saucepan, pour the oat milk, rice, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
  3. Meanwhile, roast the hazelnuts for 10 minutes in the oven at 180°C, then roughly crush them.
  4. Divide the rice pudding into small bowls and drizzle with maple syrup.

Service :
Enjoy warm or chilled, depending on the season and your mood – a sweet and comforting dessert for any occasion.

💡The Dam +:
Add dark chocolate chips, blueberries, cinnamon or a red fruit coulis for a crunchy and delicious twist.
