Ingredients :
- 1 L of Dam oat milk
- 100 g of round rice
- 50 g of cane sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 handful of hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp maple syrup per plate
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, pour the oat milk, rice, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Meanwhile, roast the hazelnuts for 10 minutes in the oven at 180°C, then roughly crush them.
- Divide the rice pudding into small bowls and drizzle with maple syrup.
