Easy, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate truffles
Ingredients
- 200 g de chocolat noir
- ⅔ de tasse de lait d’avoine au chocolat Dam
- Noisette ou autre noix entière (facultatif)
- Cacao en poudre (pour enrobage)

Ingredients :
- 200 g dark chocolate
- ⅔ cup Dam Chocolate Oatmeal
- Hazelnut or other whole nut (optional)
- Cocoa powder (for coating)
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, pour the chocolate dam oat milk and add the chocolate pieces.
- Heat over low heat and mix gently until the mixture is smooth.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours to cool and harden.
- Once the chocolate has set, form balls with your hands. If desired, add a hazelnut (or other nut) to the center of each truffle.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder
Service :
Serve the truffles at room temperature so they are soft and tender. Perfect with coffee or a hot drink.
💡The Dam +:
Vary the coating with grated coconut or almond powder.
