Truffes au chocolat fondantes et faciles

Easy, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate truffles

Ingredients

  • 200 g de chocolat noir
  • ⅔ de tasse de lait d’avoine au chocolat Dam
  • Noisette ou autre noix entière (facultatif)
  • Cacao en poudre (pour enrobage)

Ingredients :

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • ⅔ cup Dam Chocolate Oatmeal
  • Hazelnut or other whole nut (optional)
  • Cocoa powder (for coating)

Preparation :

  1. In a saucepan, pour the chocolate dam oat milk and add the chocolate pieces.
  2. Heat over low heat and mix gently until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours to cool and harden.
  4. Once the chocolate has set, form balls with your hands. If desired, add a hazelnut (or other nut) to the center of each truffle.
  5. Roll each ball in cocoa powder

Service :
Serve the truffles at room temperature so they are soft and tender. Perfect with coffee or a hot drink.

💡The Dam +:
Vary the coating with grated coconut or almond powder.
